Noelle is the founder & author of Rue Le Chat. This creative pursuit in her vibrant and very busy world was inspired by her cat, Manolo, and love for style, beauty and writing. The title is a play-on-words; Rue meaning street in French and Chat meaning cat in French and an informal conversation in English.
Rue Le Chat was designed as a conversation piece and fashioned as a space for Noelle’s infatuation with exceptional style and crush on beautiful things. Her stories are dedicated to the memory of her late father who relished in her writing.
